Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily production activities in the warehouse - Assign tasks to production team members and ensure they are completed in a timely manner - Train new team members assigned to their department - Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team for necessary supplies - Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent Note:
