Coordinate activities and cooperate with other departments of the business to best serve the service needs of the customer.
Sell parts, labor and whole goods service at all times.
Essential Functions:
Schedule all service work.
Oversee the work to insure satisfaction for the customers.
Oversee the charge out of all service tickets, including:
customer, internal and warranty work in timely, profitable manner.
Work with sales staff on prompt and cost-effective reconditioning of used equipment.
Assist technicians when needed in generating repair estimates for customer's vehicles.
Control expenses of service department while maintaining productive services for customers.
Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction of services rendered.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience in related field.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
Choice of standing, leaning, or sitting while working.
Computer experience and knowledge using ADP, Microsoft Office Excel and Word programs preferred.
The environment is mainly inside; sometimes inspection of vehicles will be performed outside.
Maintain all required certifications for your job position.
